Alastar Family & SeniorHome Care, provides licensed home care services in accordance with New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) regulations. Our services are designed to support individuals in their homes through personal care, nursing, companionship, and other in-home assistance programs as permitted under New York law.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal guardian of a client to access or use our services. By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

• You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including those of the NYSDOH and HIPAA.

Clients or their authorized representatives are responsible for maintaining scheduled appointments and informing us of any necessary changes at least 24 hours in advance. Missed visits without appropriate notice may be subject to cancellation fees unless otherwise prohibited by law or payer policies.

• Services may be paid through private pay, long-term care insurance, or government-funded programs such as Medicaid or Medicare (where applicable).

• Clients are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, or any non-covered services.

• Payment terms will be outlined in a service agreement at the time of intake and are subject to change with prior notice.

• You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Transmit unauthorized or unsolicited advertising or spam.

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of our systems or networks.

  We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services if these Terms are violated.
